The employee did not come to work.

If an already hired worker does not show up for their shift without cancelling, please proceed as follows:

  1. Mark the person as “No-Show” in the customer portal
    • In the left menu under “All Shifts,” select the corresponding shift date
    • Click on “ACTIONS”
    • Mark them as “No Show”
  2. Short-term absences (less than 12 hours notice)

Even if there is no time left to find a replacement, the person should still be marked as “No Show” in the timesheet.

  1. Organize a replacement

If you need a replacement, it's best to immediately create a new job request.

Tip: You can use the previous request as a template in the customer portal to avoid re-entering all the details.
