If an already hired worker does not show up for their shift without cancelling, please proceed as follows:
- Mark the person as “No-Show” in the customer portal
- In the left menu under “All Shifts,” select the corresponding shift date
- Click on “ACTIONS”
- Mark them as “No Show”
- Short-term absences (less than 12 hours notice)
Even if there is no time left to find a replacement, the person should still be marked as “No Show” in the timesheet.
- Organize a replacement
If you need a replacement, it's best to immediately create a new job request.
Tip: You can use the previous request as a template in the customer portal to avoid re-entering all the details.
- Contact Adia Support (optional)
It's not mandatory to notify us directly – but we recommend contacting us in cases of short-term or repeated no-shows:
This ensures the shift is properly documented and any necessary follow-up steps can be taken.
