The employee became ill at short notice and cannot work.

If a confirmed worker reports sick on short notice, please proceed as follows:

  1. Mark as “Sick” in the timesheets
    • Under “All Shifts,” select the relevant shift date
    • Click on “ACTIONS”
    • Set the status to “Sick”
  1. Organize a replacement (if necessary)

If a replacement is needed, you can quickly post a new job position via the customer portal.

Tip: Use the previous job posting as a template to save time.

Important:

All workers are obliged to report their absence directly to Adia in case of illness. If this is not done properly, it may lead to suspension from the platform.
