When will I receive accident benefits?

If you had an accident during an assignment, please inform the Adia Support Team immediately by email at support@adia.ch.

You will then receive an accident notification form and an official accident report form by email.

Please submit the following documents:

  • The completed accident report form (send back by email)
  • The original medical certificate by post to:

We can begin processing only once we’ve received all the required documents. Once everything is complete, it may take up to 3 weeks—or possibly a bit longer—for us to receive feedback.
