Adia provides temporary job assignments, which means we are legally required to collect certain information from all applicants. This includes:
- a copy of your ID or a valid work permit
- your AHV (social security) number
- your IBAN for salary payment
Employers select candidates based on their profiles.
A complete and professional profile greatly increases your chances of getting a job.
Important for your profile:
- a serious profile picture
- a structured CV with relevant information
- work certificates to prove your experience
- diplomas or certificates if you select the “Pro” level in your profile
Without a valid ID or Swiss work permit, job placement through Adia is not possible.
