You can reset your password in the Adia app settings. You don't need to know your current password to do this. The only important thing is that you have access to the device on which the Adia app is installed.
If you have registered with a third-party login (e.g. Google, Apple, Facebook or Linkedin), the password cannot be changed via Adia. In this case, the password is changed directly via the respective provider - for example, in your Google or Apple account.
