What do I have to do if I cannot come to work?

If you are unable to attend your shift despite a signed contract, you need to notify Adia support immediately. You can contact us by phone (+41 44 878 88 00). If you cannot reach anyone at Adia, please write an email to support@adia.com. On Sundays, inform the employer directly by phone or chat (under "Menu" > "Chat") and in addition, call Adia on Monday (+41 44 878 88 00). Please note that not attending a job mission without prior notification to Adia can lead to the deactivation of your Adia profile.
