If for any reason you are unable to attend a scheduled assignment, it is very important that you cancel as early as possible using the cancel button in the Adia app. This is the only way your cancellation is properly recorded and automatically forwarded to the company. Cancellations by phone, email, or chat are not valid if the in-app function is available.
If you do not show up for an assignment without cancelling in advance or without a valid and provable reason, your Adia account will be deactivated. If you are unable to cancel via the app due to technical issues, please contact us immediately by email at:
